    Our go to webinar account was disconnected and then setup again and now the plug in is no longer working. I have reset the cache and reauthorized the account and I still can’t get the plug in to work. I looked at the error message and did everything it said. Any suggestions?

    Providing your account is all ok, can I recommend removing the existing authentication details, saving the settings, then refreshing the page, and then clicking the authentication button again to re-authenticate. If this doesn’t work you will need to speak to GoToWebinar. Thanks,

    I have the same problem.

    I have version 11.1 and I got a message after Authorization “The connection to your GoToWebinar account is working :)” but Pro Tabs dont working.
    The key is not unlocked by Tabs.

    Do you have the pro version of the plugin? You need to purchase the pro version of the plugin for those tabs to be unlocked. You are reporting a different issue to the original poster so you should create a new topic. If you have the pro version of the plugin you should be contacting be my email and not on the WordPress forum because that wat you get better support. Thanks,

    Oh, and you should also re-authenticate @kswiss89 as you have exposed your connection details. I could theoretically delete all your webinars remotely if I was evil – but thankfully I am not ??

    Hi Northern Beaches Websites I am again re-authenticate but the tabs still have the key :// why?? I have pro version.

    Now is working and Tabs are unlocked THX !!

    but when I go to “Create a Webinar” and when I write and click on “Create Webinar” I get a message “Something went wrong.” Why?
