Go wordpress for my website?

I need a website that should work like this:

Memberlogin is required to see any info at all, start-page should be pretty anonymous with only user/login fields. No registration button.
New users can only get an account manually from the admin (account containing first/lastname and their choosen username).

When logged in there will be the usual stuff, News, Information and so on. But also a shedule/reservation system with 5-10 events with a “reserve seat”-button (and since they are already logged in, that should be enough, no forms to fill in or anything).
Preferably there should be a counter showing the users how many reservations there is so far like “8/50”.

Would this be doable with wordpress? Which plugins would be needed etc?
Or would I be better of just hiring someone to build a page with these specific need?

Any hints on this matter would be appreciated.
