    This is probably a silly question. Where a target goal is specified but in the event reaches that figure early, can I assume that whilst the percentage bar will show 100% donations will still be accepted up to the campaign end date and regardless how much they exceed the target?

    I suggest you read WP Crowdfunding documentation https://www.themeum.com/docs/wp-crowdfunding-settings/

    Sometimes it can happen that your goal amount reached 100% to 110 to any percentage which varies the backer.

    For example, one of your campaigns already reached 99% and you need $100 for 100% now someone back on the campaign $300. So, calculate the percentage.
