Goal settings not applying

Hello again!
Another issue has come up…
When I’m creating a “Goal,” the changes don’t apply when I click “Publish”/”Update.” The style and settings go back to the default, basic gray bar, without button or any of the selections I had made. Here’s a link to a test page on my site
Am I doing something wrong? or is there a malfunction?Thanks again!
