Goal tracking not working

    The following page has a goal set up on the form using Gravity Forms Google Analytics Event Tracking. When the form is submitted, the goal is not tracked in Google Analytics. Can someone please let me know what troubleshooting steps I can try?

    The first step is ruling out if this plugin isn’t sending the event data correctly.

    Can you go into Google Analytics Real Time and to the Events tab, fill out a form, and see if an event is being triggered?

    I went to the form and submitted it. The goal did not appear in the Real Time Events tab.

    Marking as resolved.

    For others, this was resolved by switching to Google Analytics mode under advanced. Google Tag Manager was originally selected, which still works, but requires some setup in Google Tag Manager in order to send the data to Google Analytics.
