Goals not showing

  • HI,

    Thanks for the awesome plugin but I’m not able to get it working.

    Plugin setup completed successfully.
    Then, from this page “Try out your Contact Form 7 tracking”, I open the realtime conversion page on GA. I opened one of the contact forms using the buttons & submitted the form. But nothing in GA.
    I also checked Conversions > Goals > Overview. Nothing there too.

    I think I’m missing some steps. I’m no GA expert so its possible I missed some very obvious steps.

    I have multiple forms on my website & I would need to track each of them individually.

    I made some progress but still no sunshine.

    (1) I created a new Goal via the ADD GOAL button on your plugin.
    Goal Created successfully (I can see it in GA).

    (2) I select the new “Goal” under the Contact > Contact Forms> Forms > Intelligence > Submission event/goal.

    I head over to the website & submit the form.

    Email received with form content but nothing in GA > Realtime > Conversions. Screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/k8hqub

    Nothing in GA > Conversions > Goals < Overview.

    How should I go about debugging this? Pls advice.

    The plugin has created 2 additional profiles.

    The goals are not showing in either of them.
    Do you think this may have anything to do with goals not showing?
