Goast form field appears, but is not in setup

    Hello Team,
    it appears a form field above the send-button which is not in the setup.
    Please help.

    Sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing here!

    When I see the form, I see that the check box field is visible. Reference screenshot

    Could you please confirm if the issue has been resolved?

    Yes the “goast-field” disappeared, but I do not know why and how.
