• Help! I run a Godaddy-hosted WordPress site that is stuck at WP 6.1.1 and I have several SEO and security plugins that tell me I need to be at version 6.2. The vulnerability they have identified (which is Greek to me):

    WordPress is affected by an unauthenticated blind SSRF in the pingback feature. Because of a TOCTOU race condition between the validation checks and the HTTP request, attackers can reach internal hosts that are explicitly forbidden.

    What do I need to do to persuade Godaddy to make an upgrade to WP 6.2 an option for site administrators? Or am I even asking the right question?
