    Please double check your username and password. The email server is saying your username or password is incorrect.

    i think i m using the correct username n password thou….what should be the right username ?
    should be [email protected] right ?

    GoDaddy support is the best place to ask that question.

    require a workspace email right ? not microsoft office 365

    You must use the GoDaddy email server.

    This is true. What has ended up working for me and my GoDaddy has been POP3-SSl on port 995 and with a totally different mail server. Surprise! This may be unique to my cPanel hosting, but anyways it didn’t work, and now it does :). You can find the mail server on the “Configure Mail Client” somewhere with the email setup in cPanel. Hopefully it’s similar or identical on your GoDaddy.

    I was just checking around for help on this, and found this page on the Postie Plugin site, but I can empirically say that only my POP3-SSL, port 995 settings worked.
