    Did you install Contact Form 7, Download Monitor, and Email Before Download plugins? Did you create a form in Contact Form 7? Did you upload a file into the “Downloads” section of your wordpress menu (which is Download Monitor)? Did you use that information to make a shortcode and put it on a page to test and try out?
