I’ve got a site with WordPress General settings:

    WordPress-Address (URL): https://www.domain.com
    Website-Address (URL): https://www.domain.com

There are SSL certificates for www and non-www already ready to be used.
Currently entering domain.com redirects to www.domain.com

After migrating to SSL, the above addresses shall be https://domain.com

I assume when migrating to SSL with RSSSL it results in https://www.domain.com

What are the steps to accomplish https://domain.com

If you want to change the primary URL of your WordPress site, you can just change the URL in settings/general. Change both the site_url and home_url.

    Thank you for your answer.

If I change WordPress settings/general to https://domain.com, all entries in WordPress files and database stay at https://www.domain.com. I’m not sure, if Really Simple SSL changes all entries in WordPress files and database to https://domain.com? Please confirm.

Really Simple SSL will only change from http to https. So you website will still contain some https://www.domain.com references to files.

As your SSl certificate allows for this (valid for both www and non-www), it your site will load fine, but if you want to change these references as well, you can do this using the better search and replace plugin.
