Going insane! Can't prevent cropping on slider

  • I’ve been googling for hours, read a bunch of old responses, tried them, nothing worked. Tried many different image sizes, it always crops something… I don’t understand it. Tried changing default image size in php, tried various css, my hands are tired… The site is https://katiebauer.photography/ I need an 1080×720 image with no cropping… please help…

  • I know how you feel. Customizr slider needs improvements.

    In Customize settings, have you tried disabling “Dynamic Image Resizing” ( <- or something like that)?

    It is under Image settings. It fixed mine.

    Yes, it still crops the bottom.

    P.S. After almost a year designing, Customizr slider gave us by far the most difficulty. You are not alone!

    Yeah I’m really thinking of investing in a few pro templates… hard to choose 1 though

    I only meant the slider. Customizr as a whole, is great.

    There are many slider plugins anyway. I imagine this is why it hasn’t improved much.
