I’m trying to have silver members as those who have spent greater than x amount in the past month getting y discount, and gold members as those who have spent greater than 2x amount getting 2y discount. I want this to be automatically detected when the customer is logged in and want the discount bar to display in each case.

At the moment I’m testing this on a hidden product only, first when I’m logged out and then when I’m logged into an account which I have some previous orders associated with. I tried creating one rule with one discount bar for logged out users, and another rule with a different discount bar for logged in users who have at least one previous order, but it’s not switching between the discount bars as I’d hoped.

I’ve tried various combinations of all the other settings and nothing seems to be getting this to work. Is it possible? If so please help!

    Hey

Thank you for reaching out to us. This is Sangeetha from Customer Support Team.

I guess you are trying to display different discount bar by checking additional conditions in rule setup.

To further help you on this, we kindly request you to open a support ticket through the following link: https://www.flycart.org/support and provide us with the below details:

    • Screenshots of two discount rules you have configured with conditions you have set for each rule
    • Product page screenshot indicating your requirement
    • Your website’s URL

This will enable us to have a detailed check by reproducing the same scenario in our local environment and get back to you with solutions quickly.

Looking forward to assisting you on this.

    Thanks
    Team Flycart
