Good alternative

  • Good alternative to Google Maps. Something must be fixed but the staff is following me and it is really quick and courteous!

    Thank you for support. Can you please tell me – what map engine do you use? Bing? Or it will be really cool – if you provide me with link to such map – and I will check this issue, and in next update – we will make it work as it should.

    Yes but the link do not cover all icon area
    and if i set “map center” all option of current map reset and i lost map width and style (by latitude and logitude it’s ok, but not with adress research).

    Please fix it and then it’s ok for me

    And can you please clarify:
    1. “the link do not cover all icon area” – do you mean that not all area are clickable on icon? Some part (from the bottom of the icon) is not clickable?
    2. And this one – “and if i set “map center” all option of current map reset” – do you mean change this option https://prntscr.com/lhfnjj ? When you change it – all other options reset?

    This may be due to the influence of parenting styles.
    If specifically – parental margin and padding per click in the marker area.
    And only in the Bing engine.

    We just posted this question to Bing support – let’s see what they will respond, but first issue – 100% is coming from padding / margin of parent elements of the map – they just make “off” click area, nothing really to do here from our side.

    Second issue was not reproducible: when we change this parameters on our test servers – nothing erase. Please contact us regarding this problem in internal support here https://supsystic.com/contact-us/ – and we will try to check it on your side and make it work as it should.
