I’ve been using Woocommerce for a few years now with a handful of clients. It has been a relatively decent plug-in however there are some issues which I cannot deal with anymore and I won’t be using this for new clients.

My biggest issue is with support. 5 months ago I had to wait 4 days my issue to be acknowledged by support and it took over a week to resolve because the turnaround time on every response was 24 hours. That’s a full week of an ecommerce store not being able to take orders! Again I am 4 days into another request with not a single reply. Same store, now unable to take orders again.

If you don’t have a support issue and you don’t mind paying an annual fee for specific functionality then you should be sweet.
