• Does what it says, but because I have too many users, I had to run this plugin multiple times by moving all users to a unused categorie first, then 500 users at a time to a second category, reset them and moving these 500 back to the default one and repeat these steps a couple of times ??

Would be nice if this plugin could do this with multiple runs automatically

Thank you for this review. I had tested this plugin up tot 100 users, so wasn’t aware of the fact that there is a problem with 500 users.

Need to investigate why this is happening.

    I think it was a server time-out

Thank for your comment. Need to investigate if the script can handle the server time outs.

How did you get on with this?

We were looking into this plugin for our installation, however we have upwards of 2000 users to reset, which sounds like it may be an issue.

Just a suggestion, but rather than trying to handle the timeout, a more robust approach might be to handle them in batches of (say) 100 via ajax.
