good but could do without the hub

  • I liked the previous version of the Broken link checker. The new update is nice and easy to use but I’m not sure if it’s catching any borken liks on my sight currently. The hub options is good but as other users have stated it’s a bit cumbersome because you have to go to another site to run a broken link scan or use other features if you choose to.

    I hope you are doing well today.

    Please note you don’t need to have the WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin and connection to HUB to still use the old engine/old version of the plugin. After the recent update, you can use/switch to the old version which is still a part of the core of Broken Link Checker.

    The new version of Broken Link Checker is still in the beta version it will get more and more improvements and options. We are gathering all the feedback for the plugin and we will be working on making it better.
