With all due respect, we politely disagree with your feedback- Contrary to your comments, our customers have overwhelmingly appreciated the fact that all the features are available to them for a single price and that there are no additional charges for features they want to add on (except for the footer credit removal which is an optional add-on for all the plans) .
The advantage of our current pricing model is that small and micro businesses get access to all of the features that are typically only available to large businesses that can afford to pay thousands of dollars.
It’s disappointing to see that you’ve rated us for something that we have been very transparent, upfront, and honest about so that you are able to make an informed decision prior to installing or rating us. This would have been more apt as feedback to us rather than a rating.
