With regards to the images not getting attached to the notification posts, could you please make sure that the same images are hosted on your site or some other place on the internet, as locally hosted images will fail to resolve.
If still you feel that there is an issue with the plugin and you are using the latest version of the plugin [i.e. v3.3.7], then request you to kindly get back to us with the steps to reproduce the same issue along with short issue description at ‘hello(at)icegram(dot)com’ and we will try to investigate and resolve the same issue.
