Good but has issues

I like this plugin but it does seem to have some issues.

1. Hard coded page names. I really dont want to use: https://sit.name/js-support-ticket-controlpanel/ These should me configurable or the shortcodes should just work on any page.

2. Language has no default. I needed to copy the US language files and rename them to GB so that the correct strings were displayed instead of the placeholders.

3. Permalink settings can cause issues. e.g I had to edit my custom permalink from “%postname%” to “%postname%/” or the pages returned a 404 error.

On the plus side, it looks good, would look very professional if the spelling/typos were corrected.

I would have given 5 stars but for the typos and the inflexible page names.
