My go-to theme

I’ve never had a favorite theme before Astra – every theme had some annoying flaw and I hated them all equally. Whenever someone asked me for a theme recommendation I had nothing to say.

Astra is very good, doesn’t annoy me hardly at all, and comes with all kinds of useful, practical options, and amazing extensions that do most of the work I used to have to build out custom code for. For the tiny things I need to change, there’s hooks and documentation so I can easily write workarounds.

I love that I can use WP core functionality and Gutenberg builder to quickly build a layout and spend the rest of my time getting the content right.
