Good customerservice!

I Had trouble with the plugin table rate shipping. I had contact with Simon of the customerservice of this plugin and I am very pleased when they contacted me already after 30 minutes! Emailing some printscreens and he looked at it. I found a bug ?? and he is gonna fix it. After a few emails it was clear what mistake I made and I could fix it with Simons help.
