• The Good
    1) Lots of features for the money
    2) Stable
    3) Good toolset for vendors
    4) Decent number of integrations with other Woocommerce add-ons
    5) Better front end UI than other plugins, although there is still room for improvement

    Not so good
    1) Support is very mediocre and can even be frustrating. It takes them several days to respond, and even then the chances of getting your question answered fully is about 50/50. A response to a follow up question is very unlikely. Their support ticketing system is pretty crappy as well considering … I dunno… the large number of WordPress plugins available!
    2) Documentation needs improvement and update. Again, they need to explore some other plugins!
    3) Language issues. You will need to spend time using Loco Translate to correct all the “Indian English” and mis-spellings and grammatical problems.
    4) UI of store page is very outdated looking and there’s not much you can customize. Lots of inconsistencies in styling throughout. This is another area you will need to spend a fair amount of time on.
    5) User experience for Vendors needs some review. There are a lot of tabs and screens, and things for a vendor to remember. A better dashboard would be a good start.
