Good flexible translate site

We would all like a translate plugin that works straight out of the box and this comes quite close. I think their basic paid version should come with more than google translate honestly and also more instructions on how to use the plugin itself would be nice as I have found myself getting stuck and unable to get a response from TP as they are offline Fri, Sat & Sun.
All languages will need extra work and in some cases, quite a lot which means to have a translated site that actually works is still quite expensive. All that said, I think this is one of the better plugins out there, it’s flexible so you can change words, sentences or whole paragraphs and once you get the hang of it it’s quick too.
