Good for desktop, bad for mobile

    Pros
    – I gave 3 stars because it lets you write your own custom social proof, in short lets you fake it.

    Cons
    – But, it appears very big in mobile. There’s no option to make the size smaller and there’s also no option to move it at the top of the webpage which I really want because there are more elements, like live chat, at the bottom which gets covered by it.

    – Support is the WORST I have seen. Why? Cause NO RESPONSE. It’s been 3 months I first contacted them and then I contacted them again a week back. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. I receive the default system message “we received your email and we will be in touch within 24 hours” but is 3 months not 24 hours yet?

  • You should be able to edit the CSS within 2 minutes to achieve what you want, hopefully you’re not a a web developer or designer.
