Good for free, but could be so much better

I’ve been asked to do a review for this plugin by ActiveCampaign.

Truth be told: I haven’t used this plugin for a long time, because I use the Deep Data Integration instead, and I also use a paid plugin (ActiveWoo) to pick up the slack that this plugin and Deep Data Integration doesn’t cover.

To me, this plugin is quite basic. But in my business, I needed a plugin that applied Tags for purchased SKUs, Coupons and more, and I also wanted to get ALL customer data entered into WooCommerce sync’d across to my ActiveCampaign app… Address, Phone, custom fields, etc. To me, a CRM (ActiveCampaign) that leaves half the customer data sitting in my shopping cart app (WooCommerce) isn’t doing the full job.

Honestly if the ActiveCampaign development team took a look at what the ActiveWoo plugin does, they’d find the features I’m talking about, and they could consider going for a deeper, more thorough integration between the two platforms.

Like I put in the subject. This plugin is good for free, but could be so much better. Especially since I’m paying for ActiveCampaign.

I still love ActiveCampaign, just not this plugin. ??????
