    I use this plugin to see who does what.

    The most useful feature for me is to register user creation activity. I use this, in combination with other security plugin, to prevent access from hackers that keep exploiting WordPress 4.3.1 and creating administrator users for further hacking. User creation logging (displaying attacker IP) allows me to ban such “users”.

    A must for every site. Thank you !
