Good for the money

  • I have tested several support ticketing systems, WP and NON-WP. I can say, for the money, this is a good system.

    I am not giving 5 stars just because I am expecting a bit more logic behind some functionalities and some more features that should have been present by now. But they are for 5 ? in terms of how the system works and definitely 5+? for the support and timely replies to the support requests!

    I recommend it!
