Good free plugin with great support

I’m using the free version. It’s quite good and easy to use. And the communication with the support team was very smooth. They had a lot of patience to answer my endless questions. I think the only downside of this plugin(free version) is that the images with different ratios are distorted in the slider with fix ratio. I suppose this can be avoided in the paid version. But if the free version can have the feature to have flexible ratio, then it would be flawless.
