Good idea, bad implementation

    I spend my time to download and install it. Put 3 questions and no multiple answers possibles. No problem I said. I even thought to buy the full version. But, surprise: When I tried to take my survey on next button I got an error to enter my name but no name field.
    Submitting the first answer (after uncheck the requested info in the admin) give a blank page. Thats the moment that I delete it. Thats too much…
