Good in theory but interface complicated

  • Installed this some years ago, started great – was easy to use, but updates have made it more and more complicated over the years. I have successfully set standard spend rewards, but find it almost impossible to use the rest of the system – it is convoluted, complicated and frustrating. Would really like to see it go back to a simpler user-friendly version, one that is pretty much idiot proof. (I am not an idiot, but this plugin makes me feel like one.) I may have to look for an alternative ??

    We’re very well aware of the problems you encounter and you’ll be happy to hear that WooRewards 4 is coming, solving the interface issues.

    WooRewards has grown a lot in the past 2 years, becoming the most feature rich loyalty program available for woocommerce. It can now do almost everything users can think of but it also came at a cost, the user interface got complicated. Too many options to choose from.

    Well, this is about to change. We’re actively working on WooRewards 4, which will, apart from new features, contain a fully remade interface.
    We’ve taken all the feedback from our users to not only reorganize the options, but only display them if they’re needed and, of course, provide inline help all along the way.

    So, not only will WooRewards go back to a more user-friendly version, it will also let you achieve more while not get lost in the process.
