    We are really sorry that you are unsatisfied with the support experience we provide.
    Our support is limited to providing guidance and recommendation and indeed requires our customers to have developer resources.

    The support on our Algolia API and our API clients are included in any plan.
    However, in order to provide the best support experience possible for our customers, support on our integrations such as WordPress are limited to users having opted in for the support add-on available on our pricing page: https://www.algolia.com/pricing

    @vahanavagyan1 we take your feedback on all the different channels very seriously, and will make sure to take it into account in our future iterations on our support options.
