Good marketplace plugin

    But for the support for this plugin, it deserves more than 5 stars.

    The support is not entirely missing but it is slow most of the time. They usually reply to fresh tickets within 24 hours, but if that first reply does not solve your problem, it can take a very long time to hear from them again; sometimes they never respond again. Also, they rarely ever reply to the same ticket more than once in a day.

    When they do decide (or have the time) to attend to your problem, they do a good job. I’ve received so many custom codes from them to tweak the plugin to my needs.

    I’ve also encountered one or two support agents who seemed not to understand anything I wrote.

    Finally, they seem to be very reluctant to solve problems of integration they have with other plugins (actually, I can’t remember them solving any, and I’ve report at least 4: WooCommerce Subscriptions, WooCommerce Accommodation Booking, ACF, RnB Rental and Booking, all gone unsolved).
