It’s true that our File Upload field is only available with a paid license, but in case it helps I wanted to let you know that all of our users (including Lite) do have the built-in option to add Google’s reCAPTCHA to forms.

We even have integration available for both of their format options: the standard checkbox, or their newer ‘invisible’ option. Here’s our tutorial on how to set up either reCAPTCHA option.
