good plugin and effective team

Good plugin if you want to be reach by people from your website. Signal channel is still missing for the moment but maybe it will be add in the futur.
I started with the free version. As people contact me from chaty, I bought the pro version to be reached from more than 2 channels. A lot of possibilities, and for thoose who don’t have any app, they can contact you by chat or mail or contact form.
I encountered an issue, and the support team did very well ! They replied quickly and resolved the problem very fast.
I recommend this plugin !
