• The laziest client support I have ever needed.
The plugin itself is good and it does what it needs but after recent Elementor updates, there are conflicts and deformations on my webshop. I waited for two weeks for the response only to receive a closing ticket. Then I asked them to look again and sent them a screenshot only to receive the reply: “Sorry to say that, we are not clear from your screenshot and page URL.” Not even trying to look further or to ask for the login. I was happy with the plugin and only needed some help to get the mini cart and cart page and checkout page to look decent as they look when the plugin is deactivated. Now I have to search for another plugin, because someone is not in the mood today to write a proper message and to try to investigate.

    Hello,

I am sorry that you had a bad experience with this plugin. We try to handle each support requests to best of my ability. That does not mean that we always meet every expectation.

“The laziest client support I have ever needed.”
Well, I have handled 1,129 support requests on this forum and several thousand more on our own site. I understand that you feel it did not meet your expectations. But i assure you it is not because we are lazy. It could be that we just don’t know the answer. Conflicts with other plugins are not that easy to pinpoint.

.. receive the reply: “Sorry to say that, we are not clear from your screenshot and page URL.”
I can’t find this in any email that we have sent. Can you provide us with the date of the email that you recieved from us? I like to at least know the support thread, so I can followup and see what happened.

Once again, i am sorry that you had a bad experience. I fully understand that website problems can be very frustrating.
