I was amazed to find such an advanced plugin that would entirely change the look of magnification on our site so I decided to try standard version and see how it performs. After installing I immediately noticed that it is broken and does not work.

Magnification window appears when a mouse hovers over an item title text too – that is way out of boundaries of the main image itself.
It breaks the thumbnails – the main image no longer changes when you click on one of the thumbnails.

I would have bought the Premium version, unfortunately, not now.

Do you have a link so I can have a look at the HTML?

Apparently you have more than one image for the product and they are shown as part of a carousel without thumbnails. The zoom on the right side is there because the second image of the carousel is hidden and will show up only when sliding the carousel to the next image.

This is definitely due to the fact that the theme is changing the default WooCommerce gallery with their own carousel. Try the plugin with a default theme (ex: twentyseventeen, twentynineteen) and you’ll see that the zoom works alright.
