    Cerber does the job and does it real well. This plugin is beyond effective. It keep saving me and my investment over and over again. Every time friends have sleepless nights when years of time and efforts laid into their website is whisked away in a twinkling of an eye, I wonder how cerber does the job and help me through. It’s been over 2 years with cerber and no regrets.

    I’m really sorry for the trouble this feature has caused. In your case, you need to add all the subdirectories with separate WordPress installations to the “Directories to exclude” setting field in the Scanner settings. Otherwise, the scanner considers them suspicious and moves them to the quarantine since they do not belong to the main website located in the root folder.

    In the next version, we will implement checking if a subfolder probably contains another WP installation and will warn the website owner.
