Good Plugin but needs to be rethought

Great plugin and does what it says, however like @daniel Klose stated the memcached/redis option is a major no no. I had to go in and fix a clients site because they set it to memcached and the entire site went down.

Not a good option for the uninitiated. Overall though, great plugin.
