• Hey Nilesh, thanks for the great ccavenue plugin.

I have one problem. My CCavenue account is the old one in which they do not provide the access code, Just merchant ID and working key.

I had been using my CCavenue on the same website previously and have now decided to change to a woocommerce site.

While testing the site on a seaprate test directory on the same root, I filled in both the merchant ID and password. However, It is not working. The following error shows up.

” Error Code: 10002 Merchant Authentication failed.
Don’t worry… It happens to the best of us. “

could you please tell me what might be the problem?

    Hello Visdi,

    Thanks for using my plugin.

Actually for using CCavenue you have to provide merchant ID or working key, please check with CCavenue support team to get this required information then only it will work because these are the required information.

    Thanks,
