• My biggest cmplaint is that the plugin marks recovered orders even if no email is sent, when an order is not recovered thanks to the plugin, yet the plugin reports it as so. You also cant customize it to not mark orders as recoverable if they are in “Pending payment” status. So a customer can receive a discount email from the plugin even if he already paid and is just waiting for bank to process the payment.

    I think you can go very far with this plugin, it has a great basis and functionality ideas, but if you would add more user customization/options regarding how it works, that would be awesome. If you would also add an option to make the plugin only gather customer info when an order was not submitted (when someone fills out the form and leaves), that would be a 5/5 for sure.

    As we mentioned earlier plugin captures the customer’s emails who have not placed the order and left the checkout page.

    You can test with your email address, just enter the email address and leave the checkout page.

    yes, but it also captures orders that are created and not paid for/abandonned. It would be great to have an option to campture only customer’s information who did not create an order and nothing else. That would also help with the issue as explained above, where it marks orders in status “Pending Payment” as recoverable and when it marks orders as “Recovered” but not thanks to the plugin.

    since the plugin released a new feature to ignore orders that are in speciffic status, I would now change the rating to 5/5 since you can set it up now to only track users that dont submit the order, thank you!
