Good plugin, but updates break sites

Updating to 5.0.2 broke our site – because they thought it would be a good idea to add the Overview tab back to the Trip Options box and now all the tour descriptions that were in the Overview section are gone. Update 5.0.3 which was supposed to solve the issue doesn’t actually do anything since the Overview section is still empty. Had to downgrade to 5.0.1 and will stay there until they actually come up with a fix. The 2-star rating is also for their poor customer support. Turns out if you are not a Pro customer they don’t care about your site – even though it’s THEIR fault it stopped working properly. Customer support was unable to help me, they only came up with generic, unhelpful responses (Add everything back manually? Seriously?!). Sad to see them not care since they have helped me with other stuff in the past and we had proper communication (hence the two stars and not one star review).
