Good plugin, but very bad support

The plugin does its job, but I have had to contact the “Premium Support” advertised on the developer’s site a couple of times and it takes weeks to get a response.
Also you open a ticket from his portal, but then this ticket does not show up in the private area.
I currently have a ticket opened 11 days ago and after even a reminder no one has responded yet.
Too bad, without customer support, even a good product loses value…
