Good plugin, good support

  • I am a longtime user of this plugin, prior to the transition to the new version. Overall, I am pleased with the plugin; I think the new version made some nice changes. I do agree that the transition was challenging, and I waiting to update the plugin for a while until the kinks were worked out. Despite this, it is a great plugin overall, and I very much appreciate the excellent technical support.

    I do find it is useful to wait a bit before updating to any new version of this plugin – more often than I would like, an update causes problems that need to be fixed. They always eventually are fixed – but a cautious timeline in updating is beneficial.

    Thanks for the review. We definitely learned a lot from the update to 3.0 and we are always taking extra caution now when releasing updates in hope that we don’t repeat our mistakes. Very glad you enjoy the plugin and hope you continue to love it in the future!
