    The Printful Integration for WooCommerce was easy to set up and worked for a few weeks, then a bug came up that did not allow printful to fully sync. It would send over new products but I could not delete items from within the Printful dashboard. I was finally able to delete the items from within WooCommerce but that still did not remove the “sync” issue.

    Support’s repsonse is what I would have expected from a new small company and not one the size of Printful. The support person I chatted with defaulted to the tone of “it must be a problem on your side”. He then suggested I remove the theme I was using (one of the top purchased and rated themes) and deactivate all 3rd party plugins. Yes, that may work but also poor quality support.

    Give this plugin a try and hope it works. If Printful decides to either improve the syncing issues, improve error reporting, or improve support, it could be a good plugin. Else, only use Printful if you’re on Shopify or BigCommerce.

    We’re sorry to hear that your experience with our plugin and customer support hasn’t been great and hope we can improve it in the future.

    Our plugin is compatible with the most recent WordPress and WooCommerce versions and the shipment tracking plugins listed here, however we don’t guarantee compatibility with other third party plugins.
    If your product syncs are failing, it is certainly possible that this is caused by another 3rd party plugin or your host.

    On the plugin install page on WordPress there is a message that CLEARLY states, “Untested with your version of WordPress.” This is a bad sign.
