Good plugin just to import products

I see a similar ticket in our support center and our technical specialist has sent an updated version of the plugin there. It includes the fixes. If that is your ticket, then it would be great if you try the new version and send the review to the ticket. If some problems will be not resolved we continue working on them.

Sometimes problems happen when Banggood updates their API and then our team work on the appropriate updates for the plugin. Anyway, this is a permanent process and you have to understand this as a dropshipper.

This is my ticket and the new version(s) do not work at all! The thing is when you pay for something you expected it to be working at least with the main functionality!

I have replied already, and you have already confirmed that there is issues, by releashing 2! versions, so plz don’t write here that everything works well! I can submit the whole conversation here if you like.

My main concern is that your release a plugin and you ask payment for it, but it doesn’t really work or has quite some serious issues! I opened a ticket and for almost 2 weeks now, we exchange messages, release new minor version, and the issues still remain!

You should at least release a free version, full of specs and collect data from users, so you can later say that this will be charged from now on.

The plugin is based on the Banggood API, and the Banggood team updates it periodically. We add the appropriate changes to the plugin too and notify their team if any bugs occur on their side. So if you feel that something goes wrong you ask our support, perhaps this is a bug on the API side and we point your issue to their support.
