We get to each user as soon as we can and provide assistance even with individual customization and help get to the core of individual issues or conflicts. This can lead to some support requests taking longer, especially if an individual user reaches out with many questions.
That being said, we want each of our plugin users’ to succeed so it is important for us to hear from you in regards to how you feel about our support speed so that we can work to improve it.
