Good plugin, stellar support

The plugin works well, has all the features I need, and has a better UX than most others, while integrating nicely with my theme. I contacted Mihai (the developer) several times over the first week requesting everything from text changes to conditional logic based on user state, to an add-on that works with WooCommerce’s Checkout block (still in beta and works with virtually no plugins–if Gutenberg is the future, WP really needs to get it together). He was friendly, prompt, and helpful on every front, even before I’d ever spent a dime. Best support I’ve ever had from a plugin developer, and the plugin continues to improve with each version.
