Good plugin. Support for free version is not great

Really useful plugin with lots of great option. Would have given it 5 stars but they don’t seem to care very much about the free plugin users as the support forum on www.ads-software.com seems to hardly be monitored. Shame, as I’ve actually paid for an extension, so I am a paying customer. I guess I’d need to pay loads of money for features I don’t really need if I want support.
