    The product is good, that is why we chose to buy it but if you need anything from the team after your purchase, I suggest you don’t bother creating a ticket on their platform. Answers are robotic, delayed, I have 2 weeks of waiting for a reply and no actual help to fix any reported bugs.

    I think it is good to know for future clients if you want to go with the paid version.
    Also no updates for more than 7 months, I strongly advise to find something else since this one looks abandoned.

    Sorry to hear about your experience. For the reported bugs in your tickets, the agents did gather the information to produce a bug fix for you. The process in verifying the bugs took longer because the agents needed to re-create the bugs in a different environment. The robotic approach may have been due to the process of gathering environment information to replicate your environment. We are sorry that you wanted a faster resolution time on your reported issues. We do out best to respond as quickly as possible after gathering all necessary information and providing thoroughly tested code.

    Note that some very specific bugs/plug-in conflicts can take longer to resolve than others. We do our best to turn around these fixes fast, but in some cases the process to gather information, replicate the environment/scenario, test, bug fix, and then deliver the fix can take time to do correctly.

    We’ve sent an email to you 5 days ago and are still waiting a reply from you. (March 17th) I wonder if there is a problem with you receiving email from us. Did you not receive the email send to g******l@(your domain)? I think this may be a problem of you not seeing our response emails?

    Hi, I have three open tickets, some of them I already solved with the help of other developers.
    1 ticket – 1 month no reply
    2 tickets – 4 weeks no response
    My email is working fine ?? this is straight from your tickets dashboard

    Please do something with your support and your clients will be happy and will remain your clients. It is a shame since the plugin is promising as I already said in my initial text.

    Based on your unique situation, you asked to speak with management; management sent you an email to discuss on March 17th. You didn’t reply to that email that management sent. This email did not come from the ticket dashboard, and that’s the email that I’m referring to.
