Good product, really bad support and after sales

The product is good, that is why we chose to buy it but if you need anything from the team after your purchase, I suggest you don’t bother creating a ticket on their platform. Answers are robotic, delayed, I have 2 weeks of waiting for a reply and no actual help to fix any reported bugs.
I think it is good to know for future clients if you want to go with the paid version.
Also no updates for more than 7 months, I strongly advise to find something else since this one looks abandoned.
